Sijian Xin

Sijian Xin is a certified risk engineer who graduated from Grenoble Alpes University (UGA) in 2006. He began his career as a surveyor and adjuster, working in both France and China.

With over a decade of experience, he founded Frad Risk Management (Frad), where he oversees the company’s growth and leads its claims handling and risk management services. Mr. Xin is a sought-after speaker, regularly invited by insurers, brokers, academic institutions, and industry associations to share his expertise on claims management and loss prevention. Additionally, he maintains active connections with international marine insurance organizations, including IUMI (Germany) and CESAM (France).
