
Shohei Inatsu
Shohei Inatsu joined Kawasaki Heavy Industries in 1991 after receiving a master’s in Naval Architecture from Osaka Prefecture University. He has worked for more than 30 years designing various types of cargo ships, such as LNG and LPG carriers.
Since 2016, he has been involved in the development of liquefied hydrogen carriers, and the world’s first liquefied hydrogen carrier „Suiso Frontier“ was delivered in 2021. He is currently engaged in establishing a commercial hydrogen supply chain and in the development of medium- to large-scale liquefied hydrogen carriers.
