Welcome to the Registration Page for the IUMI 2025 Singapore Conference

Dear IUMI Members, IPPs and Affiliates,

Please find below the prices for IUMI 2025 Singapore Conference. All prices are listed in SGD and inclusive of 9% Goods and Service Tax (GST).

Registration fee does not include costs for travel, transfer, accommodation, optional tours or liability insurance.

Registration closes on 29 August 2025, 4pm (SGT)

Eligibility to Register
Registration to the IUMI conference is restricted to employees from insurance companies and associations from IUMI member countries, IPPs, Affiliates as well as the categories of attendees listed on the registration site. Other persons can only join upon personal invitation of IUMI or the host association. In case of doubt, please contact your national (marine) insurance association prior to registering to confirm eligibility.

4-Day Full Conference Pass includes:

• Attendance to the Welcome Reception at Palawan Green
• Entry to all conference sessions and the exhibits
• Coffee Breaks and Lunch on 8th/9th/10th September 2025
• Attendance to the Singapore Evening at Flower Field Hall @ Gardens by the Bay and entry to Flower Dome
• One Set of Conference Materials and name badge with lanyard
• Coach transfer from and to Resorts World Sentosa – Coach Bay for Welcome Reception and Singapore Evening

Accompanying Person Pass includes:

• Attendance to the Welcome Reception at Palawan Green (cost to attend to be confirmed)
• Attendance to the Singapore Evening at Flower Field Hall @ Gardens by the Bay and entry to Flower Dome (cost to attend to be confirmed)
• Coach transfer from and to Resorts World Sentosa – Coach Bay for Welcome Reception and Singapore Evening

Note: Accompanying person can choose at register and attend either both (SGD 664.90) or single event.

Payment Terms

• Payment will be made to the Host, General Insurance Association of Singapore by Credit Card / Bank Transfer.
• Registrations confirmation and Payment receipt will be received automatically after completed registration and payment. If you require an official invoice for the paid amount, please write in to us at registration@iumi2025.com.
• If you are eligible for a complimentary pass, please prepare your promotion code ahead of time. You will be asked to input the code at the payment page.

Cancellation Deadlines

Note:

• Name changes can be made until 29 August 2025, 4pm (SGT) – free of charge. Please contact: registration@iumi2025.com
• Your cancellation request must be emailed to registration@iumi2025.com. We will check on your cancellation eligibility and advise on the next steps.
