Patrick Wong

Patrick Wong graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. He also holds a law degree from Tsinghua University in China and a Master’s degree in Practicing Accounting from Monash University in Australia. Additionally, he is a Chartered Insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK.

Patrick began his career as a Trainee Underwriter with Thomas Miller (Hong Kong) Ltd. and TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd. Over the past thirty years, he has specialized in providing tailor-made insurance solutions for shipping companies, terminal operators, logistics companies, and freight forwarders in the through transport industry. He is responsible for TT Club’s underwriting and business development in Asia, with a particular focus on the Greater China region.

Currently, Patrick serves as the Portfolio Underwriter and Chief Executive of TT Club Hong Kong Branch.

Since 2016, Patrick has been the Chairman of the Marine Insurance Association and a Councillor of the General Insurance Council within The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers.
