Hotel reservations for IUMI 2025 room rates via the reservation form (PDF) are primarily subjected to first-come-first-serve basis and secondarily until 7 July 2025. Standard rates will apply once the rooms are fully committed. Make your reservations early to avoid disappointment!
How to reserve a room?
- Download the reservation form by clicking the ‘Download Booking Form’ button below.
- Fill in the necessary details required of you in the form – preferred hotel, personal information, credit card details etc.
- If you are sharing the room with your colleague/spouse, please provide their information in page 2 of the reservation form under “Accompanying Person” – it will be considered double occupancy and additional fees will apply.
- Submit the completed form to the RWS Hotel Reservation Team groups@rwsentosa.com.
Note: Reservations of hotel accommodation is solely managed by Resorts World Sentosa. IUMI 2025 Organising Secretariat and the IUMI will not be responding to any email requests on this matter. Thank you.
